Terms of Service

1. Agreement

By creating an account or using any service provided by Itamos Technologia ("we", "us", "our"), operated by Karamperis Konstantinos, registered at Ermou 10, Pili, Trikala, 42032, Greece, ΑΦΜ 100267385, you ("customer", "you") agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use our services.

2. Services

We provide MCP (Model Context Protocol) server hosting on self-hosted European infrastructure located in Greece. Each customer receives a sandboxed, isolated server environment with access to a curated library of tools maintained by us.

3. Account Registration

To use our services you must create an account using a valid email address or Google authentication. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You must provide accurate information during registration. One account per person or legal entity.

4. Free Trial

New customers receive a 2-hour free trial upon registration. To activate the trial, a valid payment method must be registered. If you do not cancel before the trial period ends, your subscription will automatically begin and your payment method will be charged.

5. Subscription and Billing

• The MCP Hosting service costs €5 per month.
• After the free trial, billing is automatic and recurring on a monthly basis.
• Upon each successful payment, an authentication token is issued granting access to your MCP server for the billing period.
• When the token expires, a new token is automatically issued and your payment method is charged for the next period.
• All prices include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
• We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days notice to existing customers.

6. Failed Payments

If a payment fails, your MCP server endpoint will be suspended. Your configuration and data will be preserved for 10 days from the date of the failed payment. During this period you may update your payment method or download backups through your dashboard. After 10 days, all customer data associated with the subscription will be permanently deleted.

7. Cancellation

• You may cancel your subscription at any time through your dashboard with one click.
• Upon cancellation, your MCP server endpoint will remain active until your current billing period expires (i.e., until your issued token expires). After that, the endpoint is deactivated.
• You will retain access to your dashboard for 10 days to download backups of your configurations and tool data.
• After 10 days, all subscription data is permanently deleted.
• Your account remains active after cancellation. You may resubscribe at any time without re-registering.
• No partial refunds are provided for unused time within a billing period.

8. Account Deletion

Your account persists after subscription cancellation unless you explicitly request full account deletion by contacting us at info@itamos-technologia.com. Upon such request, all account data, personal information, and any remaining configurations will be permanently deleted within 30 days.

9. Backups and Data

• You may download backups of your server configurations and tool databases at any time through the dashboard.
• You may restore backups by uploading them through the dashboard. All uploaded files are verified using MD5 integrity checks. Files that fail verification will be rejected.
• You are responsible for maintaining your own backup copies. We do not guarantee data recovery beyond the services described.
• Your data belongs to you. We do not access, sell, share, or use your data for any purpose other than providing the service. Anonymous debugging data (error logs, performance metrics) may be collected for the sole purpose of maintaining and improving our infrastructure. This data contains no personally identifiable information.

10. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use our services to:

• Violate any applicable law or regulation.
• Distribute malware, spam, or engage in phishing.
• Attempt to access other customers' environments or our internal systems.
• Use the service for cryptocurrency mining or activities that excessively consume shared resources.
• Host, store, or transmit content that is illegal under Greek or European Union law.
• Resell or sublicense the service without written permission.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms without notice or refund.

11. Tools and Content

The tools available in our curated library are developed and maintained by us. We may add, modify, or remove tools at any time. We do not guarantee that specific tools will remain available indefinitely. Tool configurations you create within the dashboard are your responsibility to backup.

12. Service Availability

We aim for maximum uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Our infrastructure is self-hosted in Greece and may be subject to planned maintenance, hardware failures, or external factors beyond our control. We will make reasonable efforts to notify customers of planned downtime in advance.

13. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by Greek and EU law:

• Our services are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind.
• We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use our services.
• Our total liability for any claim related to the service shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 3 months preceding the claim.
• We are not responsible for any actions taken by LLMs or AI models connected to your MCP server.

14. Privacy and Data Protection

We process personal data in accordance with the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and Greek data protection law. See our Privacy Policy for full details on what data we collect, how we use it, and your rights.

15. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms of Service at any time. Material changes will be communicated by email to registered customers at least 14 days before taking effect. Continued use of the service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

16. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Greece. Any disputes shall be resolved by the competent courts of Trikala, Greece. For EU consumers, mandatory consumer protection laws of your country of residence may also apply.
